Workshop & Sales
Located at a few kilometres from Charmes, Evaux-et-Ménil is a quiet village where tourists never stop. However, in this village lives one of the last restorers of ancient earthenware stoves in the Northern and Eastern part of France. More intense than the stilted ambience of a museum, the Earthenware Stove Workshop gives an idea of the ancient arts and crafts, while arousing a great fascination proper to the alchemy of creation.

OUR CUSTOMERS

Our customers François Didier-Claudel is pleased to meet old-time treasure lovers of any condition, whatever simple citizens, middle-class or nobles wishing to preserve such a rich heritage. All come to him with little problems, asking sometimes for the impossible. He listens, nods of the head and sets to work, a meticulous work that may require one month or even two for important pieces that may weigh more than one ton. Des restaurations spectaculaires
